He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Gerald Bell, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Betty A. Garrison; his sisters, Cynthia Bell Ayazi (Iradj) and Lydia Bell Safko (Patrick); his nephews, Christopher Ayazi, Philip Ayazi, Raymond Safko and Wolf Safko; and his great-niece Emma Safko. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, and family.
