We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 81, Richard F Johnston Sr. of Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wade Johnston and Ellie Dee Clayton Johnston; his wife Maggie Pearl; his children, Deborah Johnston and Robert Johnston; and his siblings, Bennie Wade Johnston, Ruth Tubb and Carol Andrews.
He is survived by: his children, Richard, Jr. (Karen) and Cindy Lynch; his daughter-in-law Lana Johnston; his sisters, Jo Moore (Murry) of Tupelo, Sara Prout (Will) of Saltillo and Patsy Davis (Jack) of Amory; his grandchildren, Stephen, Samantha, Katie and Karigan; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Landon, MacKenzie, Madison and Riley Kate.
