He is survived by: his mother-in-law Debbie Smith; his daughter Erica Michelle (Jay Culpepper); his wife Glenda Blackburn; his grandchildren, Hailey, Jay and Owen Culpepper; his niece Karen Keen; his nephew Scott Medley; his great-nephew Jacob Keen; his father-in-law Jerry Blackburn; his brother-in-law Dale Blackburn (Charity); his cousins, Becky Childers, Teena Dodd (Mike Dodd), Adam, Nick, Lance, Trevor Dodd, Michael, Alan, Kevin Schultz, Palani, Jeff, Brad Edmondson, Brent and Brett Childers; his friends, Rick, Edna McGill, Bill, Debbie Holloway and Sandy Dunnam; and also, Karen Blackburn, Lucas, Ansleigh Lormond, Jerry Dale Blackburn (Kathryn) and Vera.
