He is survived by: his mother Janice Sprouse of Columbus, MS.; his daughters, Whitney Perkins, Thomas Jernigan of Millport, AL, Madison Perkins and Jesse Duncan of Columbus, MS; his siblings, Deborah Griffis (Andrew) of Sturgis, MS, Michelle Couture of Stephensville, TX, Jamie Kendrick (Bob) of Columbus, MS and Matthew Perkins (Savannah) of Columbus, MS; his grandchildren, Riley Pierce, Reagan Pierce, Rowan Pierce and Ridley Pierce; and his pet Melvin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
