He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pannell; his children, Sheila Collum (Verta), Jeremy Pannell (Carrie) and Brandon Pannell (Debra); his grandchildren, Amber Michelle Pannell, Elizabeth Pannell, Angelia Pannell, Chaz Jones, Tyler Collum and Verta Collum; and his great grandchildren, Anikan Morgan, Ryder Morgan, DJ Tollison, Amayah Pannell, Fox Jones and Arya Jones.
