We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 68, Stan S. Rector of Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Selvin Pressly Rector and Frances Atkins Rector. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Williams Rector; his children, Ashby Hayes Rector (Kristi) and Amber Rector Brazil (Cole); his grandchildren, Bryant Rector, Brynley Rector, Braxton Rector, Brantley Brazil and Presley Brazil; and his sister Gwen Rector Gaston (Bob).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fairview Baptist Church (127 Airline Rd, Columbus, MS 39702). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
