He is survived by: his wife Charlene Nightingale of Columbus, MS.; his children, Deborah (Aaron Koehn), Timothy (Annette Unruh), Benjaman (Jamie Unruh), Jonathan (Tanya Unruh) and Charles Unruh (Karlee Roberts) of Columbus, MS; and his siblings, Gilbert Unruh of Chickasha, OK, Milfred Unruh of Brooksville, MS, Paul (Dorothy Unruh), Luella (Willard Koehn) and Wilma (Richard Koehn).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brook Haven Mennonite Church (7361 MS-388, Brooksville, MS 39739). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
