With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia June Bell (Columbus, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Hollis and Adean Hollis; her husband Albert Maurice "Butch" Bell; and her sister Janice Whitaker. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bell (Laure) of Starkville, MS and Kristin Sidaway (Brian) of Peoria, AZ; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bell, Patrick Bell (Samantha) of Huntsville, AL, Ashley Sidaway, Katelyn Sidaway of Peoria, AZ and Christopher Bell of Starkville, MS; her great grandchild Charlie Ruth Bell of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings, Dona Michel (Darrin) of Slidell, LA and Phillip Hollis (Alisa) of Brandon, MS.. She is also survived by her children, siblings, nieces, and nephews.
