He is survived by: his daughters, Lynda Reich of Mantachie, MS and Ruthie Moss (Bill) of Columbus, MS; his daughter-in-law Dawn Southerland of Germantown, TN; his sisters, Marilyn Phagan of McKinney, TX and Charlotte Murphy of Tupelo, MS; and his grandchildren, Major Wil Southerland, U. S. Marine Corps (Blair), Allie Southerland, J. Reich, Ethan Reich, Alex McCafferty (Daniel), Audrey Arinder (Brad) and Anna Bailey (Koby). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (3000 Bluecutt Rd, Columbus, MS 39705). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
