He is survived by: his wife Annette Edwards Pennington; his daughters, Deedee Markham (Bruce) and Barbie Rawson (Paul); his grandchildren, Clint Markham (Carley), Emily Markham Riley (Drake), Lexie Rawson and Lance Rawson; and his great grandchildren, Mallory and Marleigh Ann.
