He was predeceased by: his father Willie C. Bender; his brothers, Tracy and Douglas Patrick; and his grandmother Lillie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Patrick; his mother Losteen Patrick; and his siblings, Nanette Gray, Ollie Patrick, Nancy Logan, Bobbie Haynes (Alvin), Nathaniel Patrick, Donnie Bender, Ronnie Bender and Leon Rush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
