She was predeceased by: her parents, Quittie Arnold and Virgie Arnold; her husband Bennie H. Yancey; her son Roger Brian Yancey; and her brother Edward Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Whitsell, Dinah Billingsley, Donna Gunn, Darlene Morgan and Bennie R. Yancey. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
