We announce the death of Betty Bumpas of Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on July 16, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her father Bill Scott; her sons, Scotty Bumpas and Randy Bumpas; her mother Bertha Mae "Gurley" Scott; and her siblings, Jim Scott, Minnie Prior and Glenda Berry.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dr. Frank Davis; Tom Berry of Vancouver, Mike Beasley of Atlanta, Georgia, Cathey Esquibel of Phoenix, Arizona and Laura Simpson of Corinth, MS. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
