Brenda Blakney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Blakney of Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Hudson and Marie Hudson (Hamm); her sister Teresa Gail Hudson; her in-laws, Lester and Mae Blakney; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Blakney, Eddie Blakney (Andrita), Kenneth Emmons, Jack Lambert, Kristy Hudson, Lois Shults (James), Betty Hudson, Francis Blakney and Donnia Blakney.
She is survived by: her husband Chester Blakney; her sons, Paul Crider (Rhonda) and Daryl Blakney; her grandchildren, Devin, Aslin, Abby, Alex and Riley; her siblings, Jonnie Earl Hudson, Donnie Wayne Hudson and Rebecca "Becky" Hudson; and her siblings-in-law, Lester Blakney Jr., Travis Blakney (Ellsy), James Blakney, Jerry Blakney (Donna), Faye Emmons, Linda Davis (Wayne), Dorothy Lambert and Liz Taylor (Rex). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
