As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willeta Miskelly and Lester Miskelly; and his sister Barbara (John Bill). He is survived by: his children, Meredith (Ryan) and Jake Miskelly; and his grandson Griffin of Charlie's Eyes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
