He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Witt. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Wiles Crowe of Corinth; his children, Matthew Witt of Ridgeland, MS, Kyle Witt of Tupelo, MS, Katherine Witt of Oxford, MS, Jake Witt of Flowood, MS, Corrie Witt of Starkville, MS, Aaron Witt of Ackerman, MS and Jennifer Witt of Ackerman; his sister Vicki Witt Seago (Don) of Collierville, TN; his aunt Harriet Wiles Lipscomb of Hernando, MS; his niece Laney Sweat Hudson (Chase); and his nephews, Wiles Sweat and Thomas Sweat (Mia). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or First Presbyterian Church Boy Scout Troop 27 in Corinth.
