She is survived by: her husband Dennis Miller; her son Michael E. Neck Jr. (Melissa) of Williamsburg, VA; her grandchildren, Jael and Rileigh Neck; her siblings, Cheryl Albert (Warren) of Roanoke, VA, William D. Vann Jr. (Lisa) of Virginia Beach, VA, James A. Vann (Tracey) of Suffolk, VA and John H. Vann (Sandra) of Portsmouth, VA; and her mother-in-law Louise Miller of Bethel Springs, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
