He is survived by: his children, Ricky Sample (Pam) and Gayra Quinn (Mike); his grandchildren, Brandon Quinn (Hannah), Benjamin Quinn (Ashley), Phillip Quinn, Dr. Emily Spiceland (Jonathan) and Rick Sample (Tory); and his sister-in-law Kathryn Samples. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
