He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Lewis; Euda Vandiver Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Lewis and Stacey Lewis; his grandchildren, Alexis Freeman and Alex Freeman; and his sisters, Debbie Puckett, Sherron Rinehart, Mary Blundell (Mike) and Margaret Yates (Lawrence).
