We announce the death of Frances Crowder Lancaster of Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on October 31, 2026, at the age of 95. Frances will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Crowder and Etta Crowder; her husband Kenneth Lancaster; her siblings, Buddy Crowder, Kathryn Coley, Yvonne Matlock and Jean Geno; and her grandmother Settlemires (Jill Roseberry).
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Anne Lancaster (Lloyd Dunn) of Corinth; her granddaughter Kristin Ross Hubbard (Al Hubbard) of Starkville; her great grandchildren, Ross Hubbard and Vaughn Hubbard; her siblings, Doug Crowder (Melba Crowder) of Moulton, AL and Joyce Fishel of Miami, FL; her siblings-in-law, Regetta Lancaster of Rienzi, MS and Curtis Matlock of Russellville, AL; and her caregivers, Sandar Roach, Teresa Lambert and Estella Robinson. She is also survived by extended family members, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - South (741 US-45, Corinth, MS 38834). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Magnolia Funeral Home South (741 US-45, Corinth, MS 38834).
