He was predeceased by: his wife Becky Churchill'; his children, James Lonnie Churchill and Melissa Ann Churchill; and his parents, Monroe Little and Francis Harris Little.
He is survived by: his son Fred Churchill, Jr. (Lyn); his granddaughter Annalynn Louise Churchill; and his sisters, Robin Clark (Nathan), Sarah Chism (Mike Colemon), Jane Mardis (Toby) and Georgia Carlisle. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
