He was predeceased by: his son Erik Ragan; and his parents, Grady Alexander Ragan and Gracie Jewel Ragan. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Ragan (Ginger) and Erika Cobb (Steve); his grandchildren, Abbey Ragan (Saarth Bhanot), Will Ragan, Alex Middleton (Lexi) and Ragan Middleton (Scott Burnett); his brother Carey Ragan (Tommie); and his nephew Craig Ragan (Joan).
