He was predeceased by: his father Milton Huggins; and his grandparents, Arther Lee, Ida Mae Huggins, Beulah Mae Ferguson Wilson and Granville Ferguson.
He is survived by: his mother Peggy Huggins of Stantonville, TN; his sister April James (Daniel); his nephews, Evan of Cleveland, TN and Hunter McMillen (Dallas); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte and Abigale; his cousin R. C. Huggins (Marcella Huggins); his former wife Teresa Huggins of Iuka, MS; and his close friend Dennis "Chubs" Morgan of Ramer, TN.
