He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Lee and Ivy Mae Padgett Smith; his sister Betty Jane Smith Seay; and his mother-in-law Kelcy Brewster. He is survived by : his wife Vonceil Brewster Smith; his sons, Harold "Lee" Smith, II and Kelcy Brewster Smith (Crystal); his grandchildren, McCartney Smith, Addie Smith and Kathryn Smith; his brother-in-law Benny Brewster (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Chase Brewster Brassfield, Kelci Brewster Thompson, John Seay, Jim Seay, Phil Potts and Parrish Potts.
