She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Holt; her parents, Edgar Williams and Alma Williams; and her siblings, Alton Williams, Kenneth Williams, Irene Bolton and Lorene McDougal.
She is survived by: her children, Lanny Holt of Corinth, Randy Holt (Susan) of Corinth and Tammy Holt of Tuscumbia, AL; her grandchildren, Carleigh Holt Harbin (Damien) of Oxford, Aidan Holt of Corinth and Michaela Holt of Corinth; and her close friend Louie.
