Hubert Laney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hubert Laney (Corinth, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hubert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hubert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Laney and Goldie Cavens Laney. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan White (Jeff), Golda Roach (Steve) and Patsy Goggins; and his siblings, Charles Laney and Louise Hurt. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
