He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Prince Richardson; his parents, Garvin Richardson and Lou Venia Richardson; his grandchildren, Zac Gant and Joshua Gant; his sisters, Beth Melton and Barbara Hoard; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Hight and Gabriel Hight.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Richardson (Angela), Greg Richardson (Bernadith), Donna Richardson (Pat), Cheryl Hubbard (Jim) and Mary McCalister (Brian); and his grandchildren, Sasha Howell (Joe), Emily Stacy (Matt), Andrew Richardson (Kyla), Anna Grace Richardson, Greta Thomasson (Paul), Meagan Richardson, Jessica Hight (Aaron), Hunter McCalister (Harley) and Jack Austin McCalister. He is also survived by his family, friends.
He devoted his time and resources towards helping others, significantly contributing to the Jacinto Foundation, the Jacinto Fire Department, and the Jacinto Cemetery Foundation.
