He is survived by: his wife Martha Hale (Shults); his children, Julie West (Brad) of Wrens, GA, Jennifer Lovelace (Stevie) of Burnsville and James "Jamie" Allen Hale, Jr. of Memphis; his grandchildren, Katie West Garner, Molly West Usry (CJ), Jacob West and Mallory Lovelace; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Wrenleigh and Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be made to Pinevale Children's Home.
