He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marlin Roaten and Eddra Osborne Roaten. He is survived by: his friend Carol Hebel; his children, Kasandra Rae Roaten, Kimberly Rae Roaten and Daniel Ray Roaten; his daughter-in-law Tracy Roaten; and his sister Patricia McNair (Billy Joe McNair). He is also survived by three grandsons, five granddaughters, 8 great grandchildren.
