Perkins (Kay); and her nieces and nephews, Steven Perkins (Christy), Julee Maxcy (Kevin), Jayme Davis (Teddy), Jessica Headrick (Josh), Logan Perkins, Rosey Perkins, Raymond Perkins (Heather), George Perkins and Jennifer West (Tim).

A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Henry Cemetery.
