He was predeceased by: his father Percy Ray, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Meeks Boggan; his children, Stephen Boggan (Allyson) and Stephenie Boggan Driver (Brian); his grandchildren, Aaron Boggan, Abby Boggan and Hannah Driver; and his siblings, James Boggan (Elizabeth) and Kay Boggan Aldridge (Dale).
