She was predeceased by: her parents, Clovis Isbell and Geraldine Isbell. She is survived by: her husband Terry Penney; her children, Terry Penney (Kelley), David Penney (Marsha) and Rhonda Crum (Daniel); her grandchildren, Ava Carter, Ivy Penney, Emma Hankins, Austin Hankins, Eli Hankins, Ben Hankins, Beau Crum and Chloe Crum; and her brother Robert Isbell. She is also survived by co-workers; other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church (1195 MS-364, Tishomingo, MS 38873). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
