She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Marie Gorski; and her siblings, Roman Levitzke (Betty), John Levitzke (Ann), Paul Levitzke (Norma), Edward Levitzke, Joseph Levitzke, George Levitzke (Kay), Robert Levitzke (Jean), Bernard Levitzke, Lucille Maciejczyk (Macy), Bernice Foltman (Michael), Pearl Levitzke and Viola Levitzke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
