He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Mildred Smith; and his sister Pat Creel. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his children, Kim Pratt (Michael) and Ryan SMith (Alyssa) of Corinth; and his grandchildren, Addie Paige Pratt, Brooks Michael Pratt and Baylor Craig Pratt.
