She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilbanks and Ruby Cornelius Wilbanks; her husband James Stanley Ballard; and her siblings, J. V. Wilbanks (Helen), Herman Wilbanks (Pattie), Doris Whitfield and Kay Hale.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharron Renay Cox (Buddy) and Sheila Gay Fletcher (James); her grandchildren, Bethany O'Niell (Brad), Rebekah Cox, Silas Cox and Sarah Grace Fletcher; and her sister Mary Lee Kennedy.
