She is survived by: her children, John Leatherwood, Keith Leatherwood (Sun), Tim Pearson (Lisa), Michael Pearson (Sherry), Skipper Pearson, Champ Pearson, Robbie Hughes and Meddena Green (Tommy); her grandchildren, Sky Arnold (Briar), Josh Hughes (Lauren), LeighAnn Leatherwood, Willy Leatherwood (Laura) and Wesley Leatherwood; and her siblings, Shirley Moore and Larry Kiser. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
