He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Campbell (John); his grandsons, William Arnold and John Campbell, III; his brother David Arnold (Tina); his close friend Martha Holland; his nieces and nephews, Freddie Buchanan, Blake Shawl (Sherry), Wallace Braddock, Misty Fine (Shannon), Jessica and Katie; and his close friend Jessie Jefferies.
