He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hurst; his son Mike Hurst (Tina); his grandchildren, Brandon Hurst, Jesse Hurst and Samantha Hurst; his great grandchildren, Abby Thomas, Dixie Hurst, Haden Hurst and Gemma Hurst; and his niece Loretta Evetts.
