She is survived by: her husband Tom Lewis; her children, Landon Lewis and Chelsea Lewis; her stepchildren, Thomas Lewis, Jr. (Jana) and Amanda Lewis Osborn; her grandchildren, Jayla Alexander (Chandler McDowell), Lorrine Alexander, Jayda Clark, William Lewis, Taylor Lewis and Preslee Lewis; her brother Prentiss Turner, Jr.; her aunt Peggy Morphis; and her nieces and nephews, Prentiss Turner, Lucas Turner, Jackson Turner, Dustin Turner, Brandon Turner, Amanda Turner, Lane Turner and Reed Turner. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
