He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Bullard and Irene Bullard; and his siblings, Orlan Bullard, Odie Bullard, Denzol Bullard, Dennis Bullard, Ronnie Bullard, Audria Gross, Florence Hopper and June Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Ethleene Ayers Bullard; his children, Jimmy Bullard (Kim), Kim Lyles (Allen) and Nan Wilder (Mike); his grandchildren, Logan Lyles (Mallorie), Chandler Henderson (Jay), Blythe Forsythe (Jacob), Luke Lyles, Hunter Bullard, Carson Wilder (Kate) and Connor Wilder (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Channing Henderson and Deacon Lyles.
