We are sad to announce that, on December 11, 2022, at the age of 88, Phyllis G. Byrd of Courtland, Mississippi, born in Parcoal, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gennis Shoulders; and her siblings, Betty Johnson, Frances Bender, Patty Hamrick, Helen Beaver, Buck Shoulders and Tony Shoulders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Beavers of Courtland, MS and Cindy Shearon of Pope, MS; her sister Nancy Dalson of Warren, OH; and her sons, Charles "Bud" Byrd of Elkins, WV, Richard Byrd of Batesville, MS and Jeff Byrd of Tyler, TX. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
