He is survived by: his mother Bertha Moore; his daughter Mandi Moore Bowen (Dustin); his grandsons, Peyton Thomas Moore, Dragon Alan Bowen and Zaiden Dean Monroe Bowen; and his siblings, Gail Burford, Shelia Burford, Danny Moore and Ronnie Moore. He is also survived by 3 aunts, 1 uncle, 4 nieces, 9 nephews and his dogs.
