He is survived by: the mother of his children Carla Collums of Senatobia, MS; his son Chase Collums (Kayla) of Sarah, MS; his mother Betty Collums of Senatobia, MS; his siblings, Tammy Collums-Kemp (Doug) of Senatobia, MS, Kathy Bradley (Donald) of Senatobia, MS, Michelle Moore (David) and Johnny Collums (Summer); his grandchildren, Dallas, Sidney and Gracelyn; his wife Sandi Alatorre; his friends, Johhny Willard, Bo Berryhill and Bill Rines; and his sisters, Tammy C Catherine Anderton and Carla.
