She is survived by: her parents, Tracy (Andy Braswell, Jr.) and Bruce (Lynn Dean); her sibling Taylor Ann Hartman (Kyle); her siblings' children, Fields and Charlie of Hernando, Mississippi; her siblings, Cole Dean of Tupelo, Mississippi and Elizabeth Lopez (Justin); her siblings' children, Clara Beth, Gabriella, Daniel and Thomas of Greenwood, Mississippi; her brothers, William Braswell of Greenwood, Mississippi and Tyler Vuncannon (Kristin); her siblings' children, Ella Reese, Rivers, Preslee and Lainey Vuncannon; her brother Dylan Vuncannon of Dallas, Texas.; and her grandparents, Shirley Garrard of Brandon, Mississippi, Andy, Janie Braswell of Itta Bena, Mississippi, Connie Ralph of Ripley, Mississippi and Marci Russell (Harold) of West, Mississippi.. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Leflore County Humane Society in Greenwood, Mississippi, in honor of Carlys lifelong love for animals.
