He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Oliver Gaddy and Glenna Mathis Gaddy. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Zachary Gaddy and Sommer Michelle Walls (Jason); his grandson Michael Anthony Nichols; his brother Jerry Gaddy (Shari); his niece Ronda Eady (Wayne); and his nephew Perry Gaddy (Lillian).

The family requests that all memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Crystal Springs Building Fund.
