It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Howard (Crystal Springs, Mississippi), who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Claude T. McNeill; and her daughter Sherri Darlene McNeill. She is survived by: her husband Ray C. Howard; her son Tal McNeill; her sister Etta Rae Courtney (Gallman); her stepdaughter Deborah King; and her grandchildren, Molly McNeill Hamilton, Anna McNeill Sanders (Clinton), Ian McNeill (Clinton), Britton King, Evan King and Wesley King (Madison). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
