With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Cohn of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Cohn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Joann Cohn; his granddaughter Amanda Payne; and his siblings, Sonny Cohn, Erma Dean Lewis and Eva Nell Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Cohn; his children, Steve Cohn, Mike Graham, Connie Cohn, Cindy Phillips and Tammy Newman; his brother Glenn Cohn; his grandchildren, Kevin Greer, Michael Sojourner, Megan Cohn Kanouse, Jerimiah Payne, Austin Graham, Peyton Graham, Devin Phillips, Katie Newman and Jon Newman; and his great grandchildren, Caden Newman, Kylee Kanouse and Broklyn Kanouse.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Crystal Springs (26141 MS-27, Crystal Springs, MS 39059). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the local Animal Rescue League in Crystal Springs.
