He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. C. Kelly, Sr. and Marguerite Haynes Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Edith Margaret Holt Kelly; his children, Scott Mathis Kelly (Angie) and Amanda Kelly Sylvester (Ronald); his grandchildren, Holt Kelly, Blake Sylvester, Blaire Kelly, Brynn Kelly, Brett Sylvester and Kate Kelly; and his siblings, William H. C. Kelly, Jr., Richard Kelly, Rebecca Kelly Shanks and Michael Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, Jim's family requests donations be made to Baptist Hospice in Jackson, Mississippi.
