She was predeceased by : her significant other Burnis Miller; her parents, Myrah Myrtle Miley Ross and James Samuel Ross; and her siblings, Wallace Ross, Hugh Ross, Edgar Ross, John Ross, Sarah Nell Blackwell and Mildred Goodman.

She is survived by : her great grandchild Emily Catherine Stephens; and her sisters, Betsy Woods, Jane Loy, Hassel Johns, Carrie Smith and Charley Ann McMinn.
