He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hughes Mullican; his daughters, Kitty Mulligan Pitts (Billy) and JoAnn Mulligan Morris (Lee); his brothers, Lee Mulligan and Bill Mulligan; his grandsons, Rocky Brassfield (TaShunda), Todd Alan Pitts (Caroline) and Adam Lee Pitts (Lindsay); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Pitts, Kayden McMillian, Jonathan Brassfield, Zachariah Brassfield, Zhacauri Brassfield and Zhyere Brassfield.
